How it works
You add each attendee with a name and an hourly rate, and the tool sums them into a combined hourly burn rate for the room. Multiplying that by the meeting duration gives you the total cost and the cost per minute. You can pick one of five currencies ($, €, £, ₺, ₹), add or remove rows, and copy any figure with one tap. The total is simply the combined hourly rate multiplied by the duration in hours, so it recalculates live as you type. There is no separate calculate button to press.
