How it works
Your list of names is first shuffled impartially with the Fisher–Yates algorithm, then dealt into teams using a round-robin method. This way, even when the number of names doesn't divide evenly into the number of teams, the difference between teams is at most one person. You can specify either the number of teams or the number of people per team.
