How it works
The tool parses each row by its field delimiter and rejoins it with the target format's delimiter. Going from CSV to TSV, quoted fields that contain a comma or line break (such as "Berlin, Germany") are preserved intact and converted to tabs. Going from TSV to CSV, any field containing a comma is automatically wrapped in double quotes.
