Set the fixation level yourself
The Fixation slider controls how much of each word is shown in bold, from 20% to 80%. A low value highlights only the first few letters for a lighter effect; a higher value bolds most of the word and pulls the eye more strongly. At least one letter of every word stays bold, so even single-letter words are emphasised. Slide the control to test your reading flow and find the ratio that feels most comfortable.

Bolding the start of each word gives your eye a fixation point, and the brain tends to complete the rest of the word from that bold cue, which can reduce eye movement. The effect varies from person to person, so it's worth testing with your own text.
Can I copy the formatted result elsewhere?
The preview shows the bold letters in the browser. If you paste into a rich-text field such as a word processor, the bold usually carries over; in plain-text fields only the letters are copied and the bolding is lost.
